Welcome to the Freight Driver Check-In System ("Service"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our SMS-based driver queue management system operated by dockcall.io ("we", "our", or "the Company").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

  1. SMS Communication

IMPORTANT MESSAGE DISCLOSURE

By texting our toll-free number, you agree to receive automated SMS messages related to freight check-in services. Message frequency varies by your queue status. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt-out or HELP for assistance.

2.1 Consent and Opt-In Process

You provide express written consent to receive SMS messages from DockCall.io when you:

  • Send an initial text message to our toll-free number to join the driver queue

  • Provide your driver information as requested by our system

  • Continue to interact with our SMS system after receiving our initial auto-response

This consent is specific for business-to-business logistics communications and is not for marketing or promotional purposes.

2.2 Message Frequency and Content

The frequency of messages you receive depends on your interaction with our system:

  • Initial Check-In: 1-2 messages to confirm your position and request driver information

  • Queue Updates: Messages will be sent when your queue position changes (typically 1-3 per hour depending on warehouse activity)

  • Door Assignment: 1 message when you're assigned to a loading/unloading door

  • BOL Request: 1 message requesting Bill of Lading information, if applicable

  • System Responses: Additional messages in direct response to your inquiries

Our messages will only contain information relevant to the freight check-in process, queue management, and warehouse operations.

2.3 Carrier Information and Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan. Charges are determined by your wireless carrier and may vary depending on your messaging plan. We are not responsible for any charges you may incur as a result of receiving our SMS messages.

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and most other major carriers. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

2.4 Toll-Free Usage Policy

Our toll-free number is exclusively for business use by freight drivers interacting with our warehouse management system. This service facilitates efficient loading dock operations and is not intended for consumer use, marketing, or non-business communications.

We strictly prohibit the use of our toll-free SMS service for:

  • Soliciting consumers or marketing consumer products

  • Sending mass promotional messages

  • Sharing or distributing content unrelated to freight operations

  • Any use not directly connected to warehouse check-in and logistics operations

2.5 Opt-Out Process

You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from our system. To rejoin the service, simply send a new message to our toll-free number.

3. Use of Service

Our Service is intended for legitimate freight drivers and warehouse personnel. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when using the Service

  • Not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the system

  • Names and company information you provide

  • Queue interaction data (check-in times, wait times, etc.)

  • Any documents or images you share through our system

This information is used to manage the driver queue effectively, improve our services, and maintain records of warehouse operations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Limitations of Liability

Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of our Service.

6. Changes of Terms
